FAMILY
IN HARMONY
Designed with and for Muslim families, the FH program helps bring to life the values of kindness, mutual support, and interdependence within our homes.
Through engaging activities for parents and youth, it encourages every family member to make collective well-being a daily priority, as inspired by our Muslim values.

A PROGRAM FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY
The Family in harmony (FH) program is designed for Muslim families who wish to strengthen their bonds and grow together in an atmosphere of trust, respect, and faith.
Through participatory approaches and tailored tools, FH supports families on their journey toward lasting harmony.
Each initiative aims to nurture reflection, dialogue, and action within the home.
Every FH session begins with an experiential activity.
The goal: to spark awareness and encourage collective reflection in a playful and caring atmosphere.
The Family in harmony program continues at home through playful tools designed with the participation of Muslim families.
Designed for both parents and youth, the program integrates the cultural and spiritual dimensions that shape Muslim family life.
A program that supports Muslim families on their journey toward harmony, grounded in kindness, mawadda (affection), and rahma (mercy).
DISCOVER THE FAMILY LEADERSHIP TRAINING
Family Leadership is a flagship training within the Family in harmony program, offered separately to parents and to youth who wish to strengthen their bonds and play an active role in family harmony.
Across six experiential workshops, participants are invited to reflect on their place within the family and the way they contribute to its harmony.
Through interactive activities and meaningful discussions, they learn to cultivate proactivity, set clear priorities, and strengthen collaboration in a spirit of mutual respect.
Rooted in Islamic spiritual values, the training supports families in building relationships rooted in trust, responsibility, and mercy (rahma).
