The CEL program is a 9-month journey for Quebec Muslim women who wish to strengthen their power to act and develop leadership fully aligned with their values.

From September to June (with a break during the month of Ramadan).
The training days are held in Montreal, close to public transport.

A TRANSFORMATIVE JOURNEY
The program is structured around several complementary modules, combining theoretical contributions, practical applications and co-development.

To know everything about the CEL program.
This program is intended for
- any Muslim woman aged 18 years or older
- accumulating at least 2 years of professional experience or significant volunteering experience
- committed to initiating positive change at the individual and collective levels
21 women are selected to form the cohort.
The program takes place from September to June, one Saturday per month, in person only.
Payment terms may be proposed.
The CEL program demands a serious commitment throughout the entire duration of the course. The richness of the program is based on collective momentum.
The CEL program is offered only in French.
The program is for any woman who wishes to develop her agency and her impact, regardless of her professional status.
To apply, you must fill out an online form and attach an up-to-date CV or LinkedIn profile.
The files are then studied by a jury composed of 3 to 4 persons in order to build a coherent, committed and complementary group.
At the end of the process, the successful candidates are informed by a phone call. Every cohort welcomes 21 women.
